How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. A one-bedroom flat can often be done in half a day, while a three-bedroom house usually takes a full day. For larger homes we send a bigger team so it is still finished in one visit.
How often should I get a deep clean?
For most homes, once or twice a year is enough if you clean regularly in between. Homes with pets, young children or heavy kitchen use often benefit from one every three to four months.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a key or a code and come back to a finished house. We do suggest being there at the end if you can, so you can walk round with us.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed, including products suited to different surfaces. If you prefer we use particular products, for allergies or personal preference, just let us know.
Can you deep clean just the kitchen or bathroom?

Is a deep clean the same as an end of tenancy clean?
They are similar, but an end of tenancy clean is built around what landlords and letting agents check at move-out, so the property is empty and the checklist is stricter. A deep clean is for a home you are living in or about to move into.
